Lost sim

  • Hi, 

I have lost my sim card and wish to request for a new replacement card. 

I am abroad and I'm unable to contact anyone through phone call.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you have lost your Sim card and need a replacement, we understand you are currently Roaming and not in the UK, unfortunately we are unable to send a new Sim to another country, what we can do is send it to a friend or Family member in the UK so they can forward it on to you.
