Lost sim card

I have a sim card as part of my oomph bundle, I haven't been able to use the sim up until now as had contracts running, just went to get my phone unlocked to now use and can't find the sim card, how do I get a replacement, can't find anything in the FAQS, and dint want to be stuck on phone for ages so thought I would try here first.
