Lost Security Key

I don’t remember my security key and I can’t find it saved anywhere, I need it to view my credit agreement for my devices but I’m just going round in circles. Please let me know what I can do to get it.

I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling to locate your security key. This is emailed to you when you first take out the loan agreement for your handset. Have you checked your email inbox for this, including the spam/junk folder?

I am unable after searching my emails to find my security key. Is there a way you can send a new one to my email address?
