Lost SIM

Hi,

I've lost my SIM card (battery broken on phone, trying to put SIM in different phone til my new phone arrives), I understand I can order a new one, but will my number still be the same? And is there anyway of retrieving data off my old SIM (contacts, pictures, messages etc?) even though it's been lost?

Hi Paul,

Your mobile number will remain the same with a replacement SIM card. You can find more information about backing up your SIM data (i.e. contacts, etc...) here.
