Lost SIM card

Hello,, 

I lost my SIM card and I would like to get new one. What are the procedures needed for that please?

A warm welcome to our Community Forum MonaSH and sorry to hear you've lost your SIM. I've managed to find your details using the information we have on here and can see you've spoken to a member of our Team since you last posted and they've made the necessary arrangements and a new SIM is on it's way.

 

Please make sure that you activate the new SIM and let us know if you have any problems with it.
