Losing my dats

Virgin sent me a new sim card as they said they were rolling out new networks. I have been on a contract for several years. After inserting the new sim card I have now lost all my data and am unable to make or receive calls! They have moved me to a pay as you go which I do not want or did not ask for. Can anyone on here tell me how to switch back to a contract as phone calls  complain online and a letter to head office have had no affect. Plus a direct debit has been taken out of my account. Also I am having text from Virgin plus a letter telling me to insert my new sim card which I have already done

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your SIM card. 

 

What I will do is private message you so we can look into what has happened.
