I need to change bank details for direct debit. I have forgotten my account password. When using "Forgotten Password" link both on line and in app they both come back with "Oops there is a problem". I have tried sorting through forum before but still get the same "Oops" response. Help. Anyone else had this?

It's a pretty common error message, it has happened a few times to me & is usually related to a website issue Virgin are having.  I'm sure one of the virgin forum staff will advise you further, but generally trying in a couple of hours or so you'll usually find it will be working as normal.
