Hey there,
I'm trying to find out what happens now. I got a letter saying "we thought we'd give you a quick heads up that your minimum term with us has ended"
I set up a 24 month contract for my iphone 13 which does allow me to renew after 12 months. What actually do i need to do now? I will need to recycle my old phone via virgin media but how?
1) If i wanted to upgrade from iphone to iphone 14 using this process how would I do it? Would I need to send my old phone in an envelope? I'd be without a phone then....
2) Could I pop into a virgin media shop to renew my contract and pass the old phone over?
3) i did the whole moving from o2 to virgin mobile via text last time which was amazing as i don't like speaking on the phone....is this still available?
i'd just like to swap my old phone for the new iphone 14 if possible and sign up for another 24 months as i really like virgin mobile.
Thanks in advance!!
