Hi Nat, thanks for messaging. I had a phone for my son who lives with his Mum. They went for a new phone so we no longer needed the SIM only deal. I requested a STAC code but it was difficult sort that due to internet issues + the fact I did not have the actual phone/SIM combo with me. When I had eventually obtained the STAC I sent it to my son but he couldn't access anything with the new supplier to send them the details. We tried calling both yourselves & EE but it's been virtually impossible in the recent weeks of course. We tried on-line chats but that got us nowhere. I have gone round in circles so many times trying to message Virgin for help. He has tried EE but equally frustrating. He hasn't used the Virgin SIM for a couple of months. With the relaxation of lock-down I am going to bring him to mine this weekend. Can try & bring the Virgin SIM & do something from here if that helps? Any help greatly appreciated.
