Hi.
I didn’t realised my payment was unable to be taken from my account, so I signed into my credit agreement and there was a message at the top to dial 789 to make the late payment for this month. I have done this, but days later it still says on the credit agreement to make a payment. Will this refresh soon as it looks like I haven’t paid, but I have and the money has come out of my account since dialling 789.

I am sorry to hear you're facing some complications regarding your payments. To confirm, was this a payment to go towards the services we provide, or for the loan agreement for the handset?

It was for the loan agreement of the handset. That come out every month along with an airtime bill too, the airtime one came out but not the 33 for the handset so I’ve paid that over the phone dialling 789. But it’s still showing that a payment is overdue so I just want to make sure it will refresh to show I’ve paid?
