Lack of mobile plans

I have 3 accounts/numbers with virgin mobile, one that's mine and the other two for my children. Two of my numbers have plenty of good price plans to choose from when wanting to change plans but one of them only has 4 plans and they're not very appealing. Could anyone tell me why this is?

Hi Smithydude, thanks for posting. 

 

The options available depend on which tariff 'family' the number currently falls under, which is usually different depending on when the number signed up.

 

If you call the teams on 789/ 0345 600 0789 or send a text to 0753 301 6422 they can take a closer look into it for you and let you know all of the available options - please give that a try and let us know how you get on.
