Hi,
I was out of contract on my Oomph bundle, so called customer services and agreed a deal to switch to a Ultimate Volt bundle. This has been done and I have the TV, broadband and landline services.
At the same time, I also received a copy of the new O2 mobile sim contract (included with volt) and just assumed my existing Oomph mobile sim number would be transferred over to this contract.
However, I've had notification on my Oomph mobile sim saying "We're sorry you're thinking of leaving us, you're taking your number with you". I haven't received a new O2 sim and I'm concerned about losing my existing mobile number, which I've had for many years.
How do I sort this out please???
