Can i get a replacement oomph sim which i get free with my package?

I have received my new sim but it won't activate. Mobile number is [REMOVED]. I can't log into my virgin mobile account as I don't have one. Please help, thanks, karen

I have noticed the sim card number doesn't match the one on the email. Have I been sent an incorrect sim? Thanks

Sorry that you had some issues with the new SIM; I can assure you that this has now been activated for you and should now be working. Please reboot the handset with the new SIM and you should find that all is back up and running for you. 

 

I can confirm that the correct SIM was indeed sent - all matches on your account.
