Itemised bill

Hi,

 

I want to ask if an itemised bill can be wrong, there are numbers on a bill i dont recognise, many calls to this number that are of 2,3 seconds, some longer such 29 mins, can this be wrong?

I am sorry to hear of any confusion around your billing. Is it a mobile bill?  If so, have you checked your call history?  It there nothing in that match the numbers you've seen on your statement?

Thank you for replying, yes this is about a mobile bill, i recognise some of the numbers, others i dont and there is is one number in particular that shows has been dialled from my phone many many times.

Hi Hideout12

The itemised bill will be correct for the calls made from your mobile number. When you search for the number online, does it show any companies at all with this contact number?
