Issues with cancelling

Hi all

not long ago I had posted a question regarding cancellation of virgin mobile account  and have had trouble getting my account closed and refunded for the amount I was owed for months. 

my issue now is I have done everything I can to get my account closed and managed to get through to someone with an explanation of what had happened  but I’m still waiting for a refund and virgin has taken money out of my account once again despite confirming the cancellation with me over the phone. 

I am obviously going to follow the complaints procedure but can someone on here help with this? Communication over the phone clearly isn’t working. Is my only option to go through with a complaint? I have spent hours on the phone dealing with I’m just not getting anywhere with it

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with the refund. 

 

Can you confirm when the refund was requested?
