Issue Signing Credit agreeement

Hi Virgin Media staff,

So I took out two new phone pay monthly contracts, I signed the credit agreement of the first one perfectly fine. However when I try sign the second agreement, I get given an error message saying " the answer of the unique security key provided is incorrect."

Hi,

I have exactly the same problem - can't login to sign the credit agreement and can't get any customer service on the phone.

Looks like I'll just need to cancel and shop elsewhere:

Credit agreement

Sign in was unsuccessful. Please correct the errors and try again.
  • The answer or the 'unique security key' provided is incorrect.

Have you been able to get in to your credit agreement or have you spoken to the team since you last posted to get this resolved?
