I am sorry to hear your phone was stolen abroad.
In regards to proof of purchase, if you purchased the handset from us directly, we have some info here on how to obtain this
Once you have completed the form, send it back to proofofpurchase@virginmedia.co.uk
We'll then email you within 24 hours with your Proof of Purchase, and we'll also send a copy directly to you insurer if you specify.
In regards to proof of usage, this can be find online via the app or your online account where you can download a copy of your monthly bills.
