Increasing direct debit

Hi

I have a phone on a 36-month payment plan, is it possible to increase the direct debit amount to pay it off earlier?

Hi @Macca72 thanks for your post here in the Community.

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to adjust the Direct Debit amount to pay off your plan earlier - the only way to do this is if you pay off the plan all in one and clear this altogether.

I'm sorry this isn't possibly the response you are after, but I hope this helps.
