Incorrect mobile bill

Dear Virgin Mobile Team,

I just received my bill and found a position in there charging me for using the Internet in Bosnia-Herzegovina. This is incorrect as I never went to BH ever! 
Would appreciate the amount of almost £12 (for not even 1MB of data) to be credited back.

If you came near the border there is a chance the phone strayed onto a BH site.

I've seen it before with Greek Islands and Turkey.
