Why is my account showing incorrect info? I rarely use my phone to talk but showing over 5000 mins used in 14 days. Definitely wrong! Anyone else having problems? Don't want charging for something not used so very unhappy about this
This sounds like an error that crops up from time to time when using the app, especially for customer with an unlimited sim. have you checked the account online via Your Mobile Account sign in?
Check out this post here, appears that quite a few are having the same problem...(not that VM are really interested in fixing it, I've had it for a month or more..)
