In-correctly charged for a mobile contract.

A DD was set-up in Dec 2018, I only became aware of this while reviewing my accounts during the pandemic. I cancelled the DD and notified virgin asking for a refund.

All attempts to get this resolved has been unsuccessful, my details have since been passed to a debt recovery agent.

Re: In-correctly charged for a mobile contract.

I would suggest that you take legal advice, Virgin if they have passed your account onto a debt collection agency become hard to deal with.

Citizens advice or a solicitor.

You need to provide ALL the information, print outs of your bank account, your current mobile details.

Virgin can prove where the phone has been, what numbers its called, text messages. You need a full detailed case to get this resolved in your favour, good luck

Hi Tboy1, thanks for the message, What has been advised thus far? Do you remember taking this out? Have you not noticed any bills or payments come out until recently? This may be a civil matter. ^Chris.
