Hi folks,

I've been charged £4 for two texts from a number I have no knowledge of.

I don't even have the texts on my phone.

Any thoughts?

I am sorry to hear about the text charges, just to confirm, it advises this on your bill but you do not recall texting them or seeing it in your sent.

I will need to take a look into this to see what has been going on.

In these cases it usually comes to either you have inadvertently signed up for something or, more likely you have been scammed.
