I've had a really bad experience due to the Vodafone network change and new SIM card being required. I received a second SIM card delivery that I ordered but for some reason Virgin Mobile sent out a third which has since been lost in the post and which subsequently meant the SIM card I already had did not activate.
I've been without signal for over four weeks now and I'm unable to order a new SIM card because it looks like the online chat has been suspended and I cannot use voice calls or text messages due to there being no signal on my phone.
Is there any way to order a new SIM card? It shouldn't have to take four being sent but really hoping this time I'll receive it and it'll work.
