I need to change the out of date on my account to my new I Phone

The device shown in the online account is always the last device you purchased directly from Virgin Mobile.

It can't be changed to show a device purchased elsewhere.

Hi Zoie

Under the Plan & Device heading on my account ,my handset is shown as a Nokia 5200,this is out of date,i now have an Apple Iphone Xr,so i need to update your records
