Hello, while on holiday I had my SIM stolen, and I asked for a new one to be sent in mid August. I have now returned, and find there is a 30 day expiry on that SIM, so it is useless. Please can you send me another?
Thanks for answering. Yes, I have sent and received a call, and received texts, so the SIM must have been re-activated since I first posted my query. So all seems good, and I have my balance credited to me as well.
