Hi, I have recently switched SIM to o2 from Virgin and have a credit balance showing on my account. Please can I get a refund for this amount?

Hi Forgozo, welcome to the community! Thank you for posting.
If you have just closed the account the refund should automatically be processed back into the bank it was paid from - providing you still have the direct debit set up. This would happen within 30 days of the account closing.
Has it been 30 days since your account closed?
Have you received your final bill yet?
If you need support getting the refund processed ahead of this time frame please just reply letting us know and I can send you a PM to offer further support!

Thanks, it hasn't been 30 days yet so I will just wait for the refund.
