I cannot access mobile online account

I cannot access the mobile account login from any of the links in the Virgin website.

The following error occurs

This page isn’t working

mobile.virginmedia.com didn’t send any data.

ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
 
--------------------------------------
 
Doesn't matter if I use my laptop, phone, 4G or router - always the same
 
Any thoughts ?

I'm sorry you've been having problems accessing your online account. I can appreciate you want to get this fixed.

 

It's been a while since you posted, are you still having the same issue?

 

Are you not able to get to the point of inputting any details?
