I can't log on to my virgin mobile account

I have same problem.

I was asked to enter the security question answer but they presented the question. Reset via email did not work either.

Please try the following link and let me know if it helps https://www.virginmedia.com/help/billing-and-payments/login-problems ? Also, have you been able to log into your accounts before? If so, when was the last successful login?

I went through the whole reset password process and still failed to be able to log in. Yet trying today it works ! Yay 🙂
