I can't log in to mobile account / register

 2 Months ago I signed up for virgin media broadband,landline, TV and Sim. 

I can able to log in to my media account but can't log in to my mobile account. 

I set  mobile account few months ago but didn't log in for couple of months,now having issues.  I tried to follow instruction of forgotten password'email  but not getting any recovery password email/ instructions. 

I tried to register with my virgin mobile number but it's going to next page after filling all details (MOTHERS MAIDEN name)... 

I tried to call customer service but no response even after 30mins.... 

So what can I do to get it resolved my virgin mobile login issue.
