I can't change my telephone number on my account details

I can't change my phone number in the account settings page. I have a new number (from 02 with Virgin Media) but it won't let me change to that number. I simply get an error message each time. 

Any help much appreciated.

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Sorry to hear that you are having that issue, can you confirm what the error states when it comes up with this? Have you also tried clearing your cookies and cache and trying on a different browser/device, if so do you still have the same issues?

If you can run these checks and let me know, I can assist further if required.
