I am being charged for a service i didnt pay for

So long story short, my bank account was compromised a few months ago. Whoever got my details signed up to virgin mobile. 

I have since called both my bank to dispute the charges (£10) and virgin mobile who have since sent me a letter acknowledging the payme t was made fraudulently... although I have still received a letter from a debt collecting agency demanding money.


But I have just see 88p leave my bank account, taken from virgin mobile. 

They sent me a letter saying the fraudulent account has been closed but 88p has still been taken. 

I know it's not a lot but it still shows that my bank details are still on there system. The customer service is shockingly bad and I don't know what else to do....
