Husbands phone who passed away

My husband sadly passed away 21/12/18 his mobile phone was in my name as I deal with all the bills as my husband suffered from anxiety and depression.. I've been told on many occasions that I have to continue paying the £18 per month until Nov this year.. They will see the phone is dormant as has never been touched since his passing.. They have no compassion I am a single parent trying to deal with the untimely death of my 45yr old husband and they have zero compassion

Re: Husbands phonr

HI Buttonspoppy1, thanks for messaging us. We are sorry to hear about the experience which you have had with us and want to come to a resolution. Can you confirm if it is a sim and phone? or just the sim? Chris
