Hi BlackMonk30,

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're having an issue with your SIM card.

If you have transferred your number over to another provider, it means the SIM account would be cancelled and removed from your package.

If I have mis-understood then please come back and expand on things and we can then help further.

Many thanks,

Hi Kath

This is correct.

i wanted to use another another provider for my phone due to Virgins coverage and poor signal since moving to O2 network, so a transferred my number over to a new provider.

However before i did this Virgin advised me once the switch was done and my current sim was cancelled i would be able to get a new sim with a new number as its included in my oomph package deal. i was planning on using this sim in my 5 year olds ipad so he could use it out and about

Thanks for coming back to us BlackMonk30.

We are unable to re-add the sim card back to your package from the forums.

Please could you call us on 150 from a Virgin line or 0345 454 1111 from any other line and they will be happy to look into this further for you.

Regards,
