Hi, I have managed to lose my SIM card whilst travelling abroad. Please could you let me know how I can get I a replacement sim sent out.

Oh no, I am sorry to hear you have lost your SIM whilst abroad. Are you still outside of the UK at the moment? If so, I am afraid we are only able to send out a replacement to a UK address. 

If you would like to proceed with the order of the replacement for when you return, please let us know and we will get this arranged for you.

My replacement SIM card has arrived but it’s not activating even after putting in the PIN as prompted. Is there anything else I need to do?

Would it be possible to order a replacement SIM for one of my Virgin mobiles?  Currently the SIM doesn't get a mobile or data signal.
