Yes I woke up to a reply, it's all being processed so fingers crossed in 5 days a new sim will arrive

Hi there, 

We are out of the Country at the moment and will be until May this year. My wife and I both have our own phones into which we insert a local SIM card.

In the US, my wife had to change phones and we are now using Google Fi but will want to use our Virgin Mobile accounts when we return. Unfortunately, I have lost my wife's micro SIM card!

Is it possible to obtain another for use with the same number and account?

Our mail is forwarded to us so there should be no problem receiving one through the mail...

Hello, 

my sim card needed to be changed and you have sent a new sim card to me a month ago. I haven't received it yet and my old sim card is not working anymore. 

The thing is that I am in Turkey right now and I don't have any way to contact you to order a new one, as my Turkish number doesn't allow international calls. Is there any way you could help me to order a new one while I am in Turkey? I am planning to come back to the UK in three weeks and it would be nice to have the sim waiting for me.
