I have lost my Virgin Sim card that a recived a few month ago. It was never activated but i was planning on using it from Xmas as i am getting a new phone. Can i order i a replacement sent to me. I've never used the one i had so i can't login to Virgin mobile O.o. I have my bills and account number for the Sim.

Can anyone help me?

Ive lost the sim card set to me at Christmas, that i now require to enable me to transfer my sons number over to as that contarct will soon be coming to an end.

Please can you assist in getting an replacement sim.

I'm very sorry to hear that you lost the SIM card a little while ago. Did you contact us to block it at the time? In regards to transferring a number across from your son, is your son on a different network? If not, we won't be able to complete the transfer as it's not possible to port numbers within the same network.

Hi Zach_R

I've only gone to look for the sim received at Christmas today as got notification that the other one will end in 30 days.

It's a little bit of a surprise that numbers arent portable within same network as I was lead to believe otherwise in a whatsapp chat when changes were made to the package I have, but it is what it is.
