How can I order a replacement SIM card? The hyperlink on your website 'How to replace a Virgin Sim card' does not work. Your help Bot insists on using Whatsapp to communicate but I don't have Whatsapp on my Computer.

Apologies for the issues faced however regarding this, is there a reason for as to why the SIM needs replacing?
Secondly our contact number for mobile is 0345 600 0789/789 if calling from a VM mobile.

I eventually found the landline number to call (my mobile NOT working!!). The person I spoke to is sending out a replacement SIM. Something to do with my old SIM and 5G????
I would like to say that my experience finding help using the Virgin website is extremely frustrating. The hyperlink on your website to for help obtaining a replacement SIM does not work. There is no information to say it is being updated or an alternative method of communication. Your Helpbot insisted on using Whatsapp - again I am having to use my computer and cannot access Whatsapp. I found the whole experience very frustrating.
