Help please - Parked Order

Hello. I ordered a phone on May 29th. my order appears parked and so far I have not received any answer or phone call as I was notified. I'm not a new customer at virgin, I have internet and telephony at this company, I'm up to date with payments, but I don't understand why I don't receive any answer after 10 days.

I know where you are coming from on this, i have been having a few issues with this has well, i rang yesterday (Thursday 9th June) and then rang again today to get an update, they sorted out a new contract and is in parked, they said sign the online contract to get the ball rolling, so i can get it, just not sure what else to do, hope you can get this sorted
