Haven’t received sim

Hi there,

i haven’t received my sim as yet. I’ve placed my order on 7th June. I waited a week and then I logged into my account and went to ‘my order’ and I get a message saying ‘sorry we have problems processing your order our customer service es team will be in touch to discuss about your order’. I phoned yesterday to find out what was wrong then I get told that they’re only dealing with lost and stolen phones. Then I phoned today and it’s an automated service saying ‘Due to coronavirus the call centres are closed’. 

I’m stuck and don’t have a sim to call or text people. Please help.
