Got pac code need to give it to you

Hi I've got a sim thats been active for a while.  I've now got a pac but  can't give it to you as I've got no idea what password I'm supposed to have setup.  Can't get through on the phone and can't fix it online.

The password the team is looking for is the memorable word that you would have set up along with a reminder phrase when you first joined with us. 

Are you able to remember what this is?
