Hi,

I'd like to obtain the first page of my billing mobile phone records from Virgin (i.e. older than the 12 months made available online, from when I opened my account in December 2019 till May 2021).

I DO NOT need them for VAT purposes, I need my older statements (where my name and address are stated) to submit them for my next upcoming visa (which is due soon). How do I do this and could someone help me to get a copy of my older statements, please? Thank you.
