I'm sorry to see that you have not had any email confirmations in relation to your phone order. Generally the credit agreement is sent out within an hour or so of completing the order. From that point you would have 2 days to agree to it and send back otherwise the phone order would be cancelled.
When you took out this new contract did the team confirm they had the correct email address for you? As it has been a month since this was taken out I would recommend calling the sales team if this was an new order or the retentions team if this is an upgrade so they can reorder this for you as reordering handsets isn't something we are able to do via the forum I'm afraid.
