Fraudulent account - need help

Hello,

I have a problem, someone in my name has set up an account in my name and Virgin Mobile is charging me since the begining of october. I called few times already to customer service but they dont take any actions to sort it out. All the time when the advisor is passing my call to the fraud team nobody picks up. Just want to sort it out and avoid any fine in future and also get my money back.

Can you help me please?
