I received an iPhone 14 with my name and address on the package, I don’t have a Virgin account and never ordered it, so it’s obviously been obtained fraudulently
I have phoned Virgin mobile 3 times to report this each time they say the matter is in hand but yet over a week later no one has come back to me, any suggestions of a UK contact
