Hi 

I have completed a credit report with Equifax for a mortgage application and saw a virgin media account that I have never had and is in arrears and was opened in May 2014 

I have tried to call and they asked for my virgin mobile number which I do not have obviously. They couldn’t help and asked me to ring another department 

she then asked if I was interested in opening up a virgin mobile account to go to the relevant website - not really the time or place to advertise considering I have a fraudulent account with you! 

I urgently need this off my report so I can proceed with my mortgage application.

Really sorry about any issues faced, can I ask does the report advise of whether it's a Virgin Media or Mobile account?
