We already pay over £100 per month for landline, broadband and premium TV package. In recently upgrading, we were forced to take £25, supposedly cheaper at an extra £25 separate charge which we dont want or need as we have mobiles under contract with other providers. When asked, no explanation was given as to the benefits or what we could use it for; it was engineered that we had to take it or be threatened with a more expensive bill - we cannot understand why we had to take it as the VM reps didnt understand it themselves. Having been customers for years we feel completely misled and taken for a ride by VM purely because they have hooked up with O2. It would be good to speak to a VM representative to understand our options but noone is interested and involves a call centre in India where everyone is commissioned to sell packages rather than to provide customer service.

Hi Underwhelmed256,
Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us here although we are sorry to hear you're having this issue.
Currently our Volt Bundles are the ones that offer the best value and therefore the biggest discounts however if you don't want to include an O2 SIM then you don't have too. We're unable to process package changes via the Community so to discuss things further, you will need to call the team back on 150 / 0345 454 1111 so they can help discuss other options.
It is worth noting than removing the O2 SIM could mean a more expensive package as the less products you have, the lower the discounts applied.
Keep us posted on how you get on.
Thanks,
