Fibre Broadband oomph package - no SIM card received?
I recently signed up for the Fibre Broadband oomph package - which includes a 5mb sim card, just over a week ago. I haven't received the SIM card even though all my other services have been installed. Is this normal? I have been having issues getting through when I call - I am on hold for a very long time and cannot get through to anyone - would someone please be able to assist? Thanks!
