After 10 months my iphone 7 has black screen. No fix seems to work so assume it is a hardware fault. Unable to get through to Virgin by phone so used the phone fix method on there website. I assume as it says repair booked that means they will send me the bag and address to send it to them? Just wondering how long it usually takes to recieve the bag, etc to send my phone off to them?

I'm sorry to hear that your iPhone 7 has become faulty and unusable, that doesn't sound like fun at all.
It can take up to 5 working days for the jiffy bag to be sent out after the online repair service form has been submitted. Once we've received the handset, we aim to get it fixed and sent back to you within 4 days. So the whole process can take up to 2 weeks in total.
