Please can someone tell me what to do? I have forgotten my password to my mobile account. I gave requested the password link from Virgin time and time again today and I'm not receiving any emails from them. I need to access my account to view some bills. It's driving me mad! Have been trying to sort this out now for over 2 hours!!!!!

Thank you for your post. I am sorry you are having issues with your password.
When you select a forgotten password, and you enter your email and number what does it advise? Have you checked all junk files?
