My old phone won't receive text messages. My new phone won't accept the new SIM card sent to me. I have forgotten my online password, so can't receive the text verification to log into my account. It takes over 2 hours to get through to customer services on the phone and then they say it will take over 14 days to do anything, then cut me off. This is SO frustrating! Is there any way to get a verification code by email? Many thanks!
